We understand that choosing the correct sizes can be challenging so any non-personalised garments can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note, all items MUST be unworn, in their original condition and have all original tags still attached to be eligible for an exchange or refund.  Personalised garments CANNOT be returned

Option 1

Our Redditch store Unit 30, Dunlop Road (B97 5XP) is open 10 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You can come down between these times with your receipt and your items and one of our till staff will assist you.

Option 2

1. CLICK HERE to download and print our returns label. If you are unable to print one please hand write the items and reasoning to your return on a piece of paper, ensuring that you include all of your contact details (name, address, postcode, phone number and email address)

2. Fill out all the relevant fields correctly and clearly

3. Place the label inside of your returns parcel 

4. Send your return to: (Returns) Orchard Clothing Ltd, Unit 30 Dunlop Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 5XP. We recommend sending your return via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that do not reach us without a proof receipt for the recorded or signed for delivery.

Please be aware that all products being returned MUST be returned to us no longer than two weeks (14 days) after receipt of delivery.
